trialcat is provided for educational and research purposes only. It is not intended to serve as the basis for clinical, regulatory, investment, or business decisions. Use of this tool and its data is entirely at your own risk.

1. No Clinical or Regulatory Advice

trialcat aggregates publicly available data from ClinicalTrials.gov and presents it in summary form. It does not provide medical advice, clinical guidance, regulatory counsel, or investment recommendations. Nothing on this site should be construed as a substitute for professional judgment by qualified clinical, regulatory, or legal professionals.

2. Data Accuracy and Limitations

All data is sourced from the U.S. National Library of Medicine's ClinicalTrials.gov registry, a public-domain database maintained by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). trialcat does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the underlying data. Data is sourced from ClinicalTrials.gov, a service of the U.S. National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health. ClinicalTrials.gov data is in the public domain and is not subject to copyright. This tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NIH, NLM, or the U.S. government.

7. Privacy

trialcat uses IP-based rate limiting to manage service quality. We do not sell, share, or retain personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for rate limiting and basic usage analytics. We do not use tracking cookies. If you subscribe to our mailing list, your email is managed by our newsletter provider and subject to their privacy policy.
